LineManager® gives you and your banker easy online access to information regarding your commercial line of credit. You can access the LineManager Web site at work or at home through any computer with an Internet connection, and you can see the information on which your bank bases their lending decisions. LineManager enables your bank to efficiently monitor your account while you make the most of the collateral in your borrowing base and make better business decisions.

Web-based and secure
Aside from a PC with Internet access, there is no special hardware or software needed to use LineManager. You can log in from any PC at the office or at home. LineManager is accessed at a secure Web site that uses both SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication (authorizing users by name and password).

Borrowing base detail
The borrowing base lists your collateral components (A/R, Inventory, and Other Assets), based on line parameters specified by your credit officer. A new borrowing base is created (automatically calculated) when you or your bank submits a collateral change or the bank updates your loan balance.

Messaging
You can communicate with your bank and Goldleaf Support Services using LineManager's electronic messaging feature, which allows file attachments.

Online reports
You and your bank have real time access to online reports, which may be saved/viewed in Adobe® PDF or exported to Microsoft® Excel.

Work Flow
To begin using LineManager
1. The bank establishes your credit line amount according to normal procedures.
2. The bank notifies Goldleaf to add your business to the LineManager system.
3. Goldleaf sets up your record and assigns secure login information for the Web site.
4. The bank customizes your profile by establishing line parameters and red flag rules/acceptance criteria for the borrowing base.
5. You upload your initial accounts receivable, account debtors, and if requested, accounts payable files.
 
To use your line of credit
1. You upload collateral information regularly as required by the bank.
2. You submit a request to draw on the line as needed.
3. The bank makes decisions to include or exclude collateral components in the borrowing base.
4. The bank reviews online detailed reports for the current (updated) borrowing base.
5. You and the bank may communicate as needed via LineManager's electronic messaging feature.
6. The bank makes the lending decision.
